Terms

Last updated 22 August 2026

These terms cover vibiam.com and the waitlist. They are short because the site is short: it describes a product that has not shipped and takes an email address from people who want to know when it does. When the app is released it will carry its own terms, and those will govern the app.

Who you are dealing with

Engine Seven LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, trading as Vibiam. Contact: support@vibiam.com.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and commits you to nothing. It is not a purchase, a reservation or a contract for the app. It means we have your address and will email you once when your invite is ready.

We send invites in signup order, but we cannot promise a date, and we cannot promise that everyone on the list receives one. If the product does not ship, you will be told.

Leaving is one email to support@vibiam.com, and your record is deleted.

What is on this site

Everything here describes a product in development. Features, pricing and copy can change before release, and nothing on this page is a guarantee about the finished app.

The site is provided as it is. We keep it up and correct, but we do not guarantee it will be available without interruption.

What belongs to whom

The Vibiam name, the mark, the wordmark, the copy and the design on this site belong to Engine Seven LLC. You are welcome to link to the site and to quote it with attribution. Reproducing the brand as your own is not allowed.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or probe the site, and do not submit addresses that are not yours. The waitlist form is rate-limited; abusing it gets the request refused.

Your data

How we handle your email address is set out in the privacy notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under them is resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

Changes

We can update these terms as the product moves toward release. The date at the top tells you when they last changed.
